I'm embracing it...

It's becoming a habit.

Exercise that is.

I find that I really look forward to my daily workouts, whether Jillian Michaels is kicking my butt or the treadmill is dragging me along.

It's a nice feeling.

Embrace the camera...Feb 17th

It's time to

You've already seen this photo. Just yesterday as a matter of fact. But in honor of getting in front of the camera I think this is the biggest accomplishment of the week.

In the last few weeks I have lost 12 pounds and am almost halfway to my goal weight of 118. It has been an amazing, trying, tear-filled, cheese puff-less, journey. So I wanted to take a moment to gloat about myself. You can follow mine and L's weight-loss journey by checking out any of my Blubber Butt Chronicles posts.

I am definitely embracing the camera this week!

Embrace the Camera- February 10

It's another Thursday and I am so excited about my embrace the camera photo for this week.

This past weekend I hosted a Valentine's Day party for my besties at my house. Dance videos were made. Sundays were enjoyed. Sugar-hangovers were suffered by all. And needless to say we had a blast! This is my favorite photo from the night. Sorry for the horrible lighting.

Isn't it great that no matter how old you get, when you put a bunch of girls together you can't help but act like you're 12 years old again?

Love it.

Embrace the Camera-February 3

So I know I posted this picture yesterday for Day 2 of my 14 Days of Love Challenge but I am even more excited about it after I saw how much the Mr. really appreciated it. My favorite picture from the week is of the door hanger I made for him telling him exactly what I think of him.

I also discovered the wonders of Skype lately. My parents just recently bought a new computer and so I talked them through downloading Skype and I LOVE IT! It totally makes home seem less far away. So in honor of my new Skype love affair I am posting a second Embrace the Camera photo of my nephew and I skyping it up one night.

So there ya go. A little bit of this and a little bit of that!

I'll admit I was posed here but minutes before this picture was taken all three of us were passed out on the couch.

Of course when Abbey heard the "3-2-1" countdown she was of course intrigued and woke up.
