Oh, how I miss the beginning of spring! Here in Costa Rica, we are just heading into winter. After growing up in upstate New York and living in warm-to-hot climates for the past 6 years, I can definitely say that while long winters may be tough at times, they definitely make the arrival of spring that much more exciting!
